Welcome to Sunset Texas Barbecue

 Where we bring TEXAS to the islands. While specializing in Central Texas-style barbecue where BEEF is KING, we also do pork, y'all! We use 100% traditional methods, slow smoking beef brisket and other meats from twelve to fourteen hours for that "melt in the mouth" you expect from true Texas craft-made barbecue.

 Our meats are smoked daily in our custom Texas built, wood only offset smokers;

and with our Texas classic craft barbecue, you never get leftovers from the day before. 

Freshness, quality, and authenticity are our top priorities.

 We are from Austin, Texas and we craft Central Texas barbecue in Hawaii. 

We're proud of our Texas heritage and with our barbecue, we got nothing to hide so nothing is sauced up prior to serving.
